Helen, the 8 year old daughter of Mr Lewis Gordon of ightham, near Sevenoaks, Kent, arrived in London this evening. She featured in a case at thye Court of Appeal today (Tuesday), when after discussing the Master of the Rolls said that if her father handed her over to her mother in the High Court by six o'clock this evening and order committing Gordon to prison for disobeying the instruction of the Divorce Court on 23 December would be suspended until tomorrow morning.
