The aerodrome at Biggin Hill, Kent, front line airfield during the Battle of Britain, was today the scene of a "repeat performance" of a "scramble" by some of the fighter aces of 1940. This time, however, there were no Messerschmitts in the sky, and the television camera were there to broadcast the scene as part of the Battle of Britain anniversary celebrations.
