The St Leger Stakes, run at Doncaster today was an easy victory for the Derby winner, the grey Airborne, written by T Lowrey. Airborne is owned by Mr JE Ferguson. 2nd, when and a half lengths behind was S/Ldr S Joel's Murren, with T weston in the saddle. 3 lengths away from Murren to take 3rd place was Lord Astors fast and fair.
