The Prime Minister is putting the final touches to a reshuffle of the Cabinet and it is believed that the younger and more vigourous men will hold positions in the new Cabinet when Parliament reassembles on October 8th. One of the changes that is likely to take place is in regard to Mr FJ Bellenger, the 51-year-old financial secretary to the War office, who is tipped as Mr Lawson successor as war Minister.
