French Cyclists win at Herne Hill. France sent a strong challenge to Herne Hill today Cycle Racing Combine held their fourth meeting of the season. Although unsuccessful in the main event of the afternoon, the London Grand Prix, France scored a victory in the Five Minute Open Double Harness Pursuit Race, in which the French riders Brizon and Moineau were the winners.
