House of Commons wedding. In the Crypt Chapel of the House of Commons today (Wednesday) , Lord Rathcreedan was married to Miss and Bastian, elder daughter of the late captain William Bastian, R.N. The bride's dress was of oyster satin and her veil of old Brussels lace was lent by the bridegroom's mother. She carried an all white bouquet of roses and gerdenias, with a sprinkling of stephanotis, lalageria and francoa, but the shows, bride and bridegroom photograph of their wedding in the Crypt Chapel of the Commons this afternoon (Wednesday). 7 August 1946
