Lancashire coalminers are to march in London's Victory Parade as members of the Industrial Contingent Representing the Lancashire area of the National Union of Mineworkers. One of them is John O'Donnell, of Woodhouse Lane, Wigan. He was a metal man, a key worker in coal production at the Giant Hall Colliery, Standish, of the Wigan Coal Corporation.
