Premier Of Ghana Arrives To See The Queen. In wet weather, the Premier of Ghana, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, walks down the steps of his aircraft, on arrival at London Airport this morning. Today he will lunch with British Premier Macmillan, and tomorrow he will fly to Scotland for a one-day visit to the Queen and Prince Philip, on holiday at Balmoral Castle. Dr. Nkrumah was one of the first people to be informed that the Queen is expecting another baby early next year. He will discuss a future visit of the Queen and Prince Philip to his country with Her Majesty - their scheduled visit this autumn has been postponed because of the impending birth.
