Dollies From Dough. Bread Machine Shown At Industrial Wales Exhibition. Industrial products from all over Wales, are on show at the Industrial Wales Exhibition, Olympia London. The exhibition which is attracting buyers and industrialists from all over Britain, aims at showing the progress made on the industrial scene in Wales. Photo shows: Miss Margaret South demonstrates a one-man bread moulding machine at the Industrial Wales Exhibition. The machine moulds dough into fancy shapes, called "Bread Dollies", some of which can be seen above the machine. Miss South was stationed at a hospital in Wales during the War, when she served as a VAD nurse. London, England. 28 August 1947.
