The New Queen Comes Home, 7th February 1952 Princess Elizabeth who left England last week with the Duke of Edinburgh for their Commonwealth Tour, returned to England today as Queen Elizabeth the Second. The royal couple cut short their tour and returned from Kenya to London Airport because of the King's death.
