Lee Kuan Yew, Prime Minister of Singapore, at Harvard University news conference said he hopes President Nixon's Vietnamization program will succeed in bringing peace and stability to South Vietnam. Yew, who has just completed 2 week study as a fellow of the Institute of Politics in the John F. Kennedy School of government at Harvard, is scheduled to meet with President Nixon and Secretary of State Rogers in Washington. 21 October 1970
