Joyful cabbie Bruno Del Carlo (left) displays the $5000 cheque received as a tip from retired U.S. Navy Captain Jesse L. Kenworthy Jr (right) along with a cheque for the $50 fare. The cabbie called Kenworthy's bank at Parksburg and determined the cheques are good. Kenworthy's family said he has given away's large sums of money before, but that he cannot afford to be so generous. 12 January 1958
