Marcantonio Diaz Infante (shown during an interview in Tucson, Arizona 27 February 1962), head of a group of 75 Mexican military and professional men, who threatened, 17th. April, to plunge Mexico into revolution in 10 days, unless the UN hears their complaints against the current President of Mexico. The group petition to the UN security Council and General Assembly for an audience to state their case. The movement was reported to have given President Adolfo Lopez Mateos 72 hours to call for free elections and dissolve the security police. 17 April 1962
