Development of a new bombardment technique employing scientific devices enabling bombing through solid cloud cover - " 10/10th cloud " airmen call it - was announced today by the 8th Air Force Bomber Command headquarters . It has been used on missions involving over 5 , 000 bombers . Included were tremendous attacks on Kiel and Wilhelishaven .
