Mr Charles Tommerup, Master Baker of the Odense Marzipan Factory in Denmark, Putting the finishing touches to the traditional Danish wedding cake which is to be presented to Princess Margaret - and which the Princess has signified she will be pleased to accept - by the Danish Centre in London and the Odense Marzipan Factory. Made in the shape of a cornucopia, the cake is surmounted by scale models of Princess Margaret and Mr Antony Armstrong-Jones. It is the Danish custom to crown a wedding cake with figures of the Bride and Bridegroom, and for this special occasion, well known Danish sculptor, Mr Robert Lund Jensen, was commissioned to carry out the work.
