Scotland Yard scientific officer Mr Michael Moss , seen at Eastbourne where he was due to give evidence in the hearing of the murder charge against Dr John Bodkin Adams . Called on the seventh day of the hearing Mr Moss said of a prescription for phenobarbitone tablets prescribed for Mrs Gertrud Hullett that they were twice the strength shown on the label . Adams is charged with the murder of Mrs Edith Alice Morrell , 81 , in 1950 . The Crown says he also killed Mrs Gertrude Hullett and Mr Alfred Hullett and benefitted under their wills . 23rd January 1957
