Mr Melford Stevenson QC and Mr Malcolm Morris (right) arrive back at the Eastbourne Magistrates'Court after lunch recess. They are conducting the Prosecution for the Crown in the hearing of the murder charge against Dr John Bodkin Adams which opened at the court today . Dr Adams , 57-year-old Eastbourne doctor , is accused of killing Mrs Edith Alice Morrell , 81 , on a day in Movember 1950 . The prosecution told the court that Mrs Morrell died from "massive quantities" of drugs administered by Dr Adams , so great that any doctor would have known they would cause death . 14th January 1957
