Washington ; Dr Isador Isaac Rabi , Colombia University Professor and 1944 Nobel Prize winner in Physics , is seen at his office after being sworn in as the US representative on the Advisory Committee which is to assist the Secretary General of the UNO in developing plans for the forthcoming International Conference on Peaceful Uses of Atomic Energy . Dr Rabi has been the chairman of the President ' s Advisory Committee to the Atomic Energy Commission . 15th December 1954
