A pictorial biography of the late Sir Winston Churchill prepared as a family memento on his 80th bithday in 1954 was presented by Lord Montagu of Beaulieu (right) a descendant of the 1st Duke of Marlborough to Miss Jane Welby , secretary to Sir Winston from 1950 to 1955 , who now manages the Churchill Pavilion at the World's Fair in New York . Presentation occurred on 15 September 1965 . Looking on is Mr John R Reiss of People to People under whose auspices the Churchill tribute was prepared . Volume shown was autographed by Baroness Spencer-Churchill for the permanent display at the Winston Curchill Memorial and Library at Futon , Missouri .
