Djakarta Chinese sack Chinese Embassy Djakarta, Indonesia ; Furniture and documents go up in flames in the compounds of the Communist Chinese Embassy when it was stormed by a mob of about 2,000 screaming Indonesian Chinese here yesterday. The demonstration followed a rally of at least 10,000 Indonesians of Chinese descent who noisily pledged support for Lt. Gen. Suharto's new regime. The riot was a culmination point of weeks of strong protest by Peking against persecution of Chinese in Indonesia . Thousands are believed to have been killed in the recent wave of anti-communism. 16 April 1966
