Will's Cigarettes. Radio Celebrities. Leslie Holmes and Leslie Sarony. The man who wrote "Ain't it Grand to be Bloomin' well Dead" and a hundred other successes, began song writting when he was convalescing after being wounded in the War - his first real hit being "If you knew susie". Leslie holmes (the other half of the two leslies) after the war he joined Henry Hall's band and broadcast with them in 1925, and afterwards became a young composer. Undated.
