Sir Roy Welensky, the Rhodesian Federal Prime Minister, shortly before he left London Airport after spending three extra days in the capital after the ending of Commonwealth Prime Minster's Conference at Lancaster House. In a statement issued from Admiralty House, it was stated that advantage had been taken of Sir Roy's presence in London for the Prime MInster's Conference for further consultation between the UK and Federal Governments about the Northern Rhodesia Constitution.
