The Duchess of Argyle walking in London before attending a hearing of the High Court action in which it is alleged that she dtained many Argyll heirlooms at her home in Upper Grosvenor Street. The Duke of Argyll and four other trustees of the 10th Duke's trust settlement seek a declaration that the settlement, an order that the Duchess should return them, and damages for detention. The duchess, by her defence, stated at yesterday's hearing that she was willing to deliver to the trustees any articles in her possession proved to be trust property. 17th October 1962
