After receiving a 999 call saying that a black magic cirle had been formed, police went to a seance held last night to exercise the poltergeist of 15 year old Shirley Hitchings, who says a ghost called Donald had been dogging her for three weeks. The police left after talking to several people attending the seance. The sceance was organised by 55 year old spiritualist, Mr Harry Hanks, at his home at Groveway, Stockwell. Mr Hanks went into a trance during the seance, and whilst his wife was out speaking with the police, her husband's voice said "It is Freed". Mr Hanks awoke and the meeting broke up. Shirley said "I feel happier."
