Major Emil Fey, who, until Prince Starhenberg's coup, was Austrian Minister of the Interior, turned the 16th birthday celebrtions of ex servicemen's associations on the Heldenplatz, Vienna, into a rousing Monarchial demonstration. He repeatedly referred to Our Kaiser Otto and laid emphasis on Austrial loyalty to God, Fatherland and Kaiser. He demanded the Emperor's return.
