When Mr F G Kemp ( headmaster of the King's School in Kew ) was searching among some old lumber at the school he found a model of a coach which had been one of the playthings of King Edward VII - it used to be the custom of well-to-do people to send discarded playthings to the school and the toy was given by Queen Victoria ( King Edward's mother ) - the school in these days was known as the Queen's School - photo shows Mr F G Kemp ( headmaster ) telling some of his pupils about the toy coach January 9th 1935
