Lord Hewart ( the Lord Chief Justice ) was married by special licence at the parish church of Totteridge in Herts to Miss Jean Stewart ( a relative of Sir William Peat- an accountant who like Lord Hewart lives at Totteridge ) - Miss Stewart ( a nurse ) nursed Lord Hewart during a recent illness - Lord Hewart will be 65 next month - his first wife collapsed and died at a Mansion House reception - photo shows Lord Hewart ( Lord Chief Justice of England ) and his bride Miss Jean Stewart walking along the front at Brighton December 30th 1934
