Barbados : Britain Queen Elizabeth II cuts the ribbon to formally open Barbados' New Costly East Coast road on the picturesque coastline of the Parish of St Andrew here February 15th. on the right are Mr Alwyn Wason, Barbados Director of Highways and Transport, and Mr Neville Boxill, Minister of Communications. The Queen and Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh, were on a two day visit to the island as part of their current 5 weeks tour of Caribbean commonwealth territories. 17 February 1966
