Pretoria, South Africa: Surrounded by the one of the largest crowds ever to attend a golf match in South Africa, America's Jack Nicklaus drives off from the first tee during his six match "Champion of Champion" series against South Africa's Gary Player here, February 21st. During the match both players were attacked by a swarm of bees at the eighth hole. Both suffered stings to the face and arm, and they agreed to halve the hole and went on to finish the match all square with 69. The ?8,000 prize money will be decided on the best score over 108 holes of the series. 24 February 1966
