Dr Mohammed Mossadeq, Premier of Persia, declared a member of the Regency Council established following the Shah of Persia's decision to leave his country for an indefinite period. Teheran Radio announced the Shah is leaving Persia, but no reasons were given. The Shah's decision follows meetings earlier this week with Mossadeq.
