The trial of Dr John Bodkin Adams Detective Superintendent Herbert Hannam (left) of Scotland Yard with Harley Street neurologist Dr Michael Ashby , leaving the Eastbourne Court after the seventh day of the hearing of the murder charge against Dr John Bodkin Adams . Dr Adams is charged with the murder of Mrs Edith Alice Morrell , 81, in 1950. The Crown also says he killed Mr Alfred John Hullett , 71, and Mrs Gertrude Joyce Hullett , 50, by drugs. 23rd January 1957
