Prince Bandar Faisal , the 25 year old son of King Faisal of Saudi Arabia , is one of 15 RAF students undergoing a Hunter jet conversion course at RAF Chivener in North Devon. The Prince is spending three months at the station before being posted to Coltishall where he will fly Lightnings. One of his instructors said he was one of the best student pilots to visist the base and predicted a great future for him in the RAF. trained at Cranwell, Prince Bandar is one of several Arabs taking the course.
