London: The scene in London's Belgrave Square in Westminster this evening, where genial London policemen ask demonstrators to leave a traffic island in the square's centre and parade on the far side by the Square Green. The demonstrators Spanish students and communist appeared in the square for the second night in succession to picket the Spanish Embassy. They carried banners and shouted, "Hands Off Grimau". Grimau, a communist, has been gaoled in Madrid and the demonstrators claim he has been "treated viciously and thrown through a window by police. They feel that Grimau should be freed or given a fair trial. 18 April 1963
