Derek Isaac, aged 19, and his father, run the hundred acre West Enf (End?) Farm at Midgham, near Newbury, Berkshire, which includes attending to 20 milking cows, and 60 head of other cattle. Heavy snowfalls during the recent great blizzard in Britain considerably delayed work on the farm - so Derek, with the aid of his tractor headlights and a floodlight for the plough works each night until nearly midnight while there is ploughing to be done, in an effort to catch up with the valuable lost time.
