Chemist Shop where Dr Adams Obtained Drugs The Chemists Shop of Messrs H R Browne, in Cornfield Road, Eastbourne. It was said in the Eastbourne Magistrates' Court today that Doctor John Bodkin Adams, 57 year old Eastbourne Doctor accused of killing a patient, wrote certain prescriptions for drugs which were dispensed by Messrs Browne's between January 1950 and November 1950. Doctor Adams is charged with murdering Mrs Edith Alice Morrell, 81, in November of 1950, who allegedly died from drug poisoning. 15th January 1957
