Murder Pass ... the Spot where the Bandits Struck and Killed British Woman - in Spain Two Spanish gendarmes are on guard at the spot on a lonely mountain road where bandits ambushed Dr Bernard Peck and his wife Dora. The bandits stopped the Peck's car; took the Doctor's camera; signalled him to drive on. Then they fired a machine gun. Mrs Peck was killed and Dr Peck was wounded. They were on holiday from Plymouth. The road - the Tosa Pass runs from France to Barcelona. 28th July 1953
