A wave of strikes and demonstrations swept through Germany as a protest against the Nuremberg verdict which was considered too mild by the German anti-Nazis. Photo shows a section of the protest march staged in Dresden, showing former German inmates of Sachsenhausen and Auschwitz concentration camps carrying gallows with a Nazi dummy, and slogans demanding Death to all Nazi leaders. 28th October 1946
