Film actor Dirk Bogarde speaks with Mrs Eirene White MP, Chairman of the Labour Party Films Committee, at a reception held in the House of Commons today, when an all party meeting of members of parliament received a delegation from the film industry to discuss Cinema Entertainments Tax.
