Hume Planned Marriage A man believed to be Donald Hume, wanted for the Brentford Bank Shooting, and now under arrest in Zurich charged with murder following a Bank hold-up, was to have married a Swiss girl within a few weeks time. Friends told that they knew the man well, that they had been visited by police who brought photographs of Hume and that they had identified him to the police as the fiance of the girl. They said that they knew the man under the name of John Bird and that he described himself as a Canadian test pilot working in Frankfurt. The girl's name is said to be Trudi.
