A revolutionary parking machine is now being demonstrated, it is the lift park, manufactured by the Butterly company of Ripley, Derbyshire. It holds 20 cars in a continuous chain lift on the space of two. The car to be parked is driven on, a button is pressd and it moves along the lift. It is a 75 foot high steel skeleton driven by a 45 hp electric motor. February 1962
