It is understood that Rita and the Count, rich, fortyish and a Spanish race horse breeder, may announce their engagement as soon as the separation of the actress and her current husband Prince Aly Khan is announced. In Paris lawyers representing Rita Hayworth and Prince Aly Khan have signed the legal document giving the separation and freedom. 13th November 1952.
