Dr Simon Wiesenthal, Director of the Jewish Research Centre in Vienna, yesterday told a Dutch newspaper that after an intensive two years search, he succeeded in finding the man responsible for the arrest of the Anne Frank family. In Vienna yesterday a police officer, 52 year old Karl Silberbauer, confessed that he was among those who arrested the Frank family in 1944.
