The youthful Earl was one of the four pages attending today's bride, Miss Fiona Sheffield, of Normanby Park, Scunthorpe, who wed Mr Robert Millar, son of Sir Frederick Hoyer Millar, Permanent Under-secretary at the Foreign Office.
