Assistant Chief of America's 'G-Men' leaves London for home after European tour. Mr Edmund P Coffey, Assistant Chief of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, United States Department of Justice, left Waterloo Station on the 'Manhattan' boat train after a three month survey of European police methods. Mr Coffey acted as the amissary of Mr J Edgar Hoover, head of America's 'G-Men' to lay the foundation for closer cooperation among the world's police forces.
