Tankers collide in fog of Goodwins. Two tankers, the Cerinthus (3878 t) owned by Hadley Shipping Company of London, and Buccinum (5237 t) a Norwegian vessel, were damage when they collided in the fog of the East Goodwins. The British vessel put into Dover with a damaged bow. Buccinum damaged on the starboard side, is reported to be making her way towards London. Photo shows the damaged bow of the Cerinthus, anchored off Dover after the collision. 4 December 1935
