A girl of three prepares in London for at Atlantic crossing alone. Three-year-old France Maestre, daughter of a French scientist, is getting ready to sail in the French liner Champlain tomorrow (Thursday) from Southampton to join her father, a New York. France has been in the care of Mrs Whittington of Henale Avenue, Hendon, for 14 months. A stewardess has been detailed by Thomas Cook and Sons Ltd, to look after her on the voyage.
