Seven-year-old London girl to wrest film career from Hollywood. Friends of paying expenses. Without a contract, but armed with the knowledge that she has acting ability coupled with an attractive personality, curly hair and blue eyes, seven-year-old Joan Daffny is shortly sailing for Hollywood in search of a film career. Joanne is daughter of a Mitcham (London) , printer and was discovered by Mme Nicklass Kempner, who says she is a 'brilliant little actress'.
