Japan establishes a puppet Government in Peking, at first pictures. These are the first pictures received in England of the celebrations in connection in connection with the establishment of a new regime in Peking by the Japanese Government. Chinese, either educated in Japan or with pro-Japanese sympathies, have been placed in position of authority in the Government.
