Railwaymen's leader at Japan Boycott conference in London. A joint conference of the General Council of the Trade Union Congress and the executives of the Socialist Party and of the Parliamentary Socialist Party about 60 delegates in all took place at Transport House, Smith Square, to decide the policy of 5 million British workers in handling goods to and from Japan.
