House inspected by judges orders after woman's allegations against building society. Following an order by Mr Justice Bennett in the Chancery Division and inspection was carried out at No 81 Kingsway, West Wickham, Kent, procession of which the Bradford. Third Equitable Building Society are claiming from Mrs Elsy Florence Eva Borders. Mrs Borders alleged in her defence that the Society wilfully and fraudulently misled her into believing that the house was erected in compliance with the bylaws and was built of good materials and in an efficient and workmanlike manner. The allegations denied by the Society, and Mr R F Roxburgh, K C for the Society, asked for permission to inspect the house.
